🌅 AM Routine – Morning Drinks (Empty Stomach)

 Lemon water detox

1.     Warm Lemon–Honey Detox Water

Ingredients: Warm water, ½ lemon, 1 tsp honey

Benefits: Boosts metabolism, aids digestion, improves skin glow


2. Tulsi–Ginger Immunity Tea

Ingredients: 5 tulsi leaves, ½ inch ginger, 1 cup water

Benefits: Strong antioxidant, supports respiratory health, reduces inflammation.

 

3. Cumin–Coriander–Fennel (CCF) Water

Ingredients: 1 tsp each cumin, coriander, fennel seeds

Golden milk turmeric milk


1. Turmeric Golden Milk

Ingredients: 1 cup milk (or plant milk), ½ tsp turmeric, pinch black pepper

Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, helps with sleep, joint & muscle recovery.

 

2. Ashwagandha Relaxing Drink

Ingredients: ½ tsp ashwagandha powder + warm milk

Benefits: Reduces stress, supports hormone balance, improves sleep quality.

 

3. Cinnamon–Clove Digestive Tea

Ingredients: Small stick cinnamon + 1 clove

Benefits: Improves night-time digestion, reduces sugar cravings.

 

4. Chamomile + Licorice Herbal Tea

Ingredients: Chamomile petals + small piece licorice

•            Avoid adding too much honey to hot water.
            Pregnant women should avoid licorice & ashwagandha.
